Notice: Legion Pool to remain closed for the 2021 Summer Season
When considering current Centers for Disease Control and Department of Public Health Guidelines, the persisting numbers of positive COVID-19 infections, as well as the uncertainty of when the Pandemic will be sufficiently controlled for us to safely return to normal operations, we have determined Legion Pool will remained closed for the 2021 Summer Season.
Following is a listing of advertised public pool swimming facilities in the Athens-Clarke County area. Please check each facility’s website for more information.

- Pool passes are offered during the season to UGA students, employees, and Friends of Campus Life members.
- Pass Information – 25 Visit passes are intended for adult admissions. 25 Visit pass and Season pass holders are required to have a UGA ID card or a Friends of Campus Life membership.

Parking
A parking permit is required to park by the Legion Pool facility. Display your valid parking permit (for any lot designation) to avoid being ticketed. The daily rate for parking is $5.00 per day. A season parking pass may be purchased for $20.00.
Location
Legion pool is located on Lumpkin Street across from the Tate Student Center.
